Mental Health Therapist

The clinician would provide the full range of outpatient mental health and/or chemical dependency services offered, including diagnostic assessment; individual, family, and group psychotherapy, and crisis intervention as needed. The clinician must be licensed to diagnose and treat adults and/or children as applicable with mental illness and/or chemical dependency and their families as identified in their scope of practice. Training in grief, couples, and play therapy is preferred.

Full-time private practice work consists of 25 client sessions a week, conducting sessions both virtually and in person. Benefits are offered to all full-time staff and include:

  • Flexible Scheduling: You are welcome to set your own hours according to your personal needs as long as they align appropriately with client and practice needs.

  • Supervision: You are provided weekly supervision with one of two supervisors on staff at no cost to you. We utilize a team-based approach to assist in supporting and learning from one another.

  • CEU Reimbursement: We believe that it is important to have the most up-to-date, evidence-based practice and knowledge at our disposal to best support our clients. CEU and training reimbursement are offered to employees at the owner's discretion.

  • Liability Insurance: We provide liability insurance for all of our staff members in the amount of $1,000,000/$5,000,000 of coverage through CPH.

  • Cyber Security Insurance: We offer coverage for all of our staff to ensure that our telehealth platforms are secure and our documentation is HIPPA compliant.

  • AFLAC Supplemental Health Insurance: We work directly with a broker that allows each of our full-time staff to receive a monthly stipend toward any additional coverage to supplement the employee’s health insurance plan. This can include dental, vision, hospitalization, accident, and various other plans.

  • Life Insurance: Each employee qualifies for $25,000.00 of life insurance coverage through State Farm.

  • QSHERA: Any full-time staff is eligible for QSHERA monthly stipend that covers any medical expenses, health insurance premiums, or medical supplies. The stipend is pretax and is added to the employee’s paycheck via our payroll system.

  • Gusto: We utilize a payroll system and electronic payments to directly deposit your paycheck each pay period.

We offer flexible scheduling, although several evening hours may be offered based on client needs and availability.


All applicants must hold an LPC, LPCC, LISW, or LSW degree.
